Roasted Pork Belly with Honey Sauce

Fresh pork belly, wash and drain;

Mix honey, light soy sauce, sugar, white wine, salt, ginger powder and chicken powder together;

The cleaned pork belly is cut into two sections, and a toothpick is used to insert some space to taste; PS: the sealed can and aluminum foil are not long enough for two sections.

Massage the prepared sauce with pork belly and spread the sauce evenly;

Put it in a glass airtight jar, cover it and put it in the refrigerator overnight;

Take out the marinated pork belly, put it on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil, and pour the sauce;

Wrap the pork belly and put it on the baking tray;

Preheat the oven, 180 degrees, up and down, 30 minutes; PS each oven is different, the baking time is slightly different

When it’s not hot, open the aluminum foil paper, cut the slices, and pour the juice on the barbecue aluminum foil paper on it; PS: The temperature is about 40 degrees Celsius, it’s best.
Tips:
1. Each oven is different, the baking temperature is slightly different;
2. If the sauce is not too sweet, it can reduce the sugar;
3. The aluminum foil should be wrapped tightly so that juice does not leak and the oven is clean.
