Roasted Pork Belly with Honey Sauce

Prepare all the ingredients and pork belly and rinse with clean water;

Use bamboo sticks to pierce the meat randomly so that the marinade is easy to pickle and taste;

Pour all the marinade into the marinade bowl containing the meat and stir evenly, add the pork belly to marinate for 1 hour to taste;

Tips:
1. When grilling pork belly, you can use bamboo skewers to perforate;
2. When baking, you can brush the marinade juice every 10 minutes;
