Roasted Pork Bone with Honey Sauce

The pig bones are soaked in bleeding water with clean water.

Wash and drain.

Take a large bowl to adjust the juice: add one spoon each of oyster sauce, honey, fermented bean curd juice, add half a spoon each of five-spice powder and light soy sauce, then add a small amount of sugar and mix well.

Put the pork bones in the juice mixing bowl, cover them with plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator overnight. In the meantime, take out one or two flips to get the flavor.

Spread tin foil on the baking tray, and place the pork bones to drain the juice on the tin foil.

Cover with tin foil, put it in the preheated oven, and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.

Add a spoonful of honey and a spoonful of oyster sauce to a small bowl, mix well and set aside.

Take out the pork bones that have been roasted for 20 minutes and brush them with honey oyster sauce.

Put it in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 5 minutes; then take out the brush juice and bake it for 5 minutes; then remove the brush juice, sprinkle with white sesame seeds and bake it in the oven for 5 minutes. (Total 3 pieces of 5 minutes, sprinkle with white sesame seeds for the last time)

Tips:
When baking without a tin foil in the back, observe carefully. Once you find that it is almost burnt, cover it with tin foil or take out the sauce and bake it.
