Roasted Pork Ribs with Panax Notoginseng and Carrot

Tips:
1. Adding carrots is to use the sweetness of carrots to slightly cover the bitterness of Panax notoginseng.
2. Carrots are fat-soluble foods, so they should be fried in oil.
3. When blanching water, remember to add a little cooking wine and green onion ginger. I only added cooking wine and ginger.
