This dish is made for myself. The first reason is that the right hand has been bad; the second reason is that there is a story of surprise and no danger. Roasted Pork Ribs with Panax Notoginseng and Carrot

1. For the ingredients map, the two small rows of merchants have already chopped them for me. I thought of taking pictures after returning home to boil the pot under cold water.

2. Put the panax notoginseng into a pot of water and simmer for half an hour. (In the video, I used three or seven segments, I only have three or seven pieces in my house)

3. Carrots cut into hob pieces

4. Pour some vegetable oil in the pot

5. Poured ribs after blanching

6. Stir-fry the ribs until the color changes, add carrots and stir-fry

7. Pour the cooking wine

8. Join soy sauce

9. Stir-fry until it is colored, pour in Sanqi soup

10. I have never cooked with ingredients

11. Boil until the soup is almost add salt

12. Add a little sugar and simmer for a while before serving.

Tips:

1. Adding carrots is to use the sweetness of carrots to slightly cover the bitterness of Panax notoginseng.
2. Carrots are fat-soluble foods, so they should be fried in oil.
3. When blanching water, remember to add a little cooking wine and green onion ginger. I only added cooking wine and ginger.
