Roasted Pork Ribs with Potatoes

Wash the ribs, soak to remove blood, and cut into strips

Put it in cold water and boil

Take it out, drain the water, and rinse

Prepare other materials. Carrots and onions can be left alone, but they are more nutritious and taste better.

Heat oil in a pan, pour in shallots, garlic/onion and star anise

Saute the above ingredients

Lower ribs, stir-fry the surface moisture

Add appropriate amount of water or broth, salt, sugar, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and mix well

After the high heat is boiled, skim off the foam, cover the pot and simmer for about 30 minutes

Put the washed and peeled potatoes and carrots in and simmer for a while
11.
Stir fry to collect the juice and serve
