Roasted Pork Ribs with Potatoes
1.
Prepare ingredients
2.
Cut the ribs into pieces and fish in hot water first. Save the ribs soup for later!
3.
Add edible oil and cook until 8 mature. Pour in the sugar and cook until it melts (the sugar is added to enhance the color), add the bean paste and stir fry twice!
4.
Pour the ingredients and stir fry, add the ribs and continue to stir fry, color and fry!
5.
Add the ribs stock. If the ribs are not over, boil on high heat and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Pour in the potatoes and continue to simmer until the potatoes are soft and cooked.
6.
Stir fry over high heat to collect the juice.
Tips:
1. My habit of cooking by myself is not to put soy sauce, but to pour a little sugar after the oil is cooked.
2. Don't put potatoes too early, they will burn easily!
