Roasted Pork Ribs with Potatoes

Boil the ribs.

Pick up and set aside.

Prepare two garlics, peel them into one, and cut the potatoes into pieces with a hob.

Soaked small shiitake mushrooms.

Put the garlic in a frying pan until fragrant.

Add the ribs and shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.

Stir fry until slightly yellow.

Add the potato pieces.

After adding salt, stir fry, add flat water, simmer and cook.

Lift the lid when the juice is almost harvested and reduce to a low heat.

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper powder, chicken powder, mix well and harvest the juice and it's done.

The finished product has moderate salty aroma and good taste.
