Pork ribs with potatoes is a very popular home-cooked dish, and my family is no exception. Its appearance rate on my table is extremely high, whether it is potatoes or ribs, the speed at which they disappear is absolutely leveraged.

Roasted Pork Ribs with Potatoes

1. After washing the ribs, soak them in water for a while, then blanch them in a pot of boiling water with cooking wine

2. Rinse the blanched ribs with cold boiled water

3. The ribs are mixed with starch and sesame oil and mix well

4. After the potatoes are peeled, wash and cut into pieces

5. Put the pot on the fire, after the wok is heated, pour some oil to heat; put the ribs in the pot and fry

6. Add potatoes and stir fry

7. Pour in the right amount of water, the amount of water has not exceeded the ingredients

8. Transfer in the right amount of light soy sauce

9. After the ingredients are cooked, add some salt and stir fry for 1 minute

10. Add the right amount of chicken essence

11. Turn off the heat and stir fry evenly

12. Take out, serve, sprinkle with chopped green onion

Tips:

Blanch the ribs, fry them first, and then cook them. This tastes better.
