Roasted Pork Ribs with Potatoes

All materials washed and set aside

Heat oil in the pan, add the ribs and fry until the ribs are slightly yellow

Peel the potatoes and cut into hob pieces

Then add ginger garlic and star anise and sauté until fragrant

Add dark soy sauce and soy sauce and stir fry for color

Add some salt and stir fry

Pour in clean water, turn the high fire to a low fire

When there is half of the water in the pot, pour in the potatoes and mix well

When the potatoes and ribs are cooked, just turn on high heat to collect the juice
Tips:
If there is not enough water in the middle, you can pour some boiling water and cook again. If you think the pot is too slow, you can put the potatoes and the ribs together in the pressure cooker.
