Roasted Pork Ribs with Potatoes

Soak cloud ears in water in advance, wash and set aside

Wash the ribs, drain the water, and chop into small pieces

Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into evenly sized pieces

Wash fresh shiitake mushrooms and cut each into 4 pieces

Pour some oil into the pot and heat it up

Pour in the potatoes and fry slowly for a few minutes, then remove

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add garlic and saute

Pour in the ribs, stir fry a few times until the ribs change color

Add cooking wine

Pour a little soy sauce

Pour in oyster sauce, salt and a little sugar, stir fry for a few minutes

Then pour in the shiitake mushrooms and continue to fry for a minute or two, then transfer to the pressure cooker

Pour in the fried potatoes

After adding a small bowl of water, stir it evenly with a spoon or spatula
15.
Cover the lid of the pressure cooker, turn the heat to low and continue to simmer for 7 or 8 minutes after the high heat reaches the pressure cooker jets.

Tips:
Fry the potatoes before putting them into the pressure cooker, so that they won’t get bad.
