Pumpkin tastes sweet, smooth and nutritious. I like it very much. In addition to steaming, I love roast pork or grass carp stew.

Ingredients

Roasted Pork with Pumpkin

1. Wash the pumpkin, peel and remove the seeds, cut the roasted meat into small pieces, and smash into pieces

4. Add the pumpkin and stir fry a few times

5. Add 2 min 1 hot water to the pumpkin, cover and boil over low heat until the pumpkin is cooked

Tips:

Don’t cook it too well, otherwise the pumpkin will be easy to rot and look bad
