Potatoes, I don’t think anyone dislikes them. They are fried, stewed, steamed... Anyway, they are delicious. Today I share a simple oven dish "Roasted Potatoes", friends who like potatoes must not miss it.

Roasted Potatoes

1. Peel the potatoes and wash them.

2. The hob cuts into moderately sized pieces.

3. Put it in a pot and cook for 5 minutes to soften the outside of the potatoes, so that the baked potatoes are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. When cooking potatoes, add a teaspoon of salt.

4. Drain the potatoes and put them in a glass box, pour in an appropriate amount of olive oil and mix well.

5. Pour in the right amount of black pepper and rosemary. The amount is according to your taste. If you like light, you can add less, and if you like it, you can add more.

6. Put a piece of tin foil in the baking tray to facilitate later cleaning. Place the potato pieces evenly on the baking tray and put garlic slices.

7. Sprinkle salt evenly on the surface of the potatoes.

8. Put it in the preheated oven at 210 degrees for 18 minutes.

9. After 13 minutes of roasting, add a few tomatoes and continue roasting for the remaining 5 minutes. If the outside is charred and tender inside, it can be taken out. If it is not enough, increase the baking time. The time should be adjusted according to the size of the potato pieces.

10. Salty and delicious, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

11. Simple, convenient and delicious.
