Prepare the required materials

Wash the potatoes and cut into medium pieces

The skins of new potatoes produced in those years are thin and soft. It takes time to peel or scrape the skins with a knife, and the potatoes are also peeled off. The simpler method is: put the potatoes in a cotton cloth bag and tie them tightly, rub them with your hands like washing clothes, simply remove the skin of the potatoes, and finally remove the sprouts with a knife. Potato peels should not be thick, the thinner the better, because potato peels contain richer nutrients. After the potatoes are peeled, if they are not used for a while, they can be put in cold water, and then a few drops of vinegar can be added to the water to make the potatoes white. Potatoes cannot be put together with sweet potatoes, otherwise, it is not that sweet potatoes are stiff, or potatoes sprout.
