Roasted Potatoes with Chicken Drumsticks and Mushrooms

1. Boil the cut chicken thighs in water to wash away the floating powder.

2. Peel and cut potatoes.

3. Wash and slice.

4. Heat the oil with pepper, add the chicken nuggets and stir fry.

5. Add potatoes and shiitake mushrooms.

6. Add seasonings and salt before leaving the pan. Add water and garlic. Bring to a boil, adjust to medium heat and simmer. When the potatoes are cooked, the juice is almost ready.

7. It's still meaty.
