Roasted Pumpkin with Thyme-super Sweet Pumpkin Pie

Peel the pumpkin and cut into suitable pieces;

After melting the butter in the microwave, apply a layer of butter on the baking tray with a brush, and then sprinkle some fresh thyme leaves;

Cut the pumpkin into thin and even slices and place them neatly on the baking tray, arrange a layer of butter, sprinkle a layer of salt, black pepper and thyme;

Preheat the upper layer by 180 degrees in the oven, and bake the lower layer at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
