Roasted Radish Sticks

Cut the radish into strips.

Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic for later use.

Cut thin strips for later use.

Add oil to the pot, stir-fry the green onion, ginger, garlic, and smell.

Pour the carrot sticks.

Add some salt. Stir fry a few times.

Add soy sauce.

Pour some cooking wine.

Cover the pot and let it sit on low heat for about 5 minutes. Cook until soft.

Finally, pour in the cut garlic sprouts and stir fry together.

Add monosodium glutamate before starting the pot for freshness.
