This is a classic hometown-style dish, full of strong hometown plot. In the cold winter, cooking a big pot of this dish (the side dish is sometimes potatoes), and eating it with a family talking and laughing is the most precious picture in my memory.

Roasted Ribs with Lettuce

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Fatty pork slices, sliced ginger, garlic and chili, rinse and set

3. Plug the pot into the socket and turn to medium heat

5. Stir fry until browned and oily

6. Add ribs and continue to stir fry

7. Stir-fry until the color is completely changed, add ginger garlic chili, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper, vinegar, cooking wine

8. Stir-fry for about 1 minute and heat water to start cooking

9. Lettuce peeled and washed

10. Cut thick slices

11. When half of the soup is left, add the bean paste (my mother made the bean paste by herself, so it’s a bit salty, so I don’t need to add salt)

12. Add chopped lettuce

Tips:

Doubanjiang has a salty taste, so I did not add salt. Please decide whether to add salt according to the actual situation.
