Roasted Rosemary Baguette

Cut the baguette diagonally into slices about 1 cm thick.

Wash the garlic and rosemary and mash the garlic into a puree. Pull the leaves of the rosemary from the pole and finely chop them.

Add appropriate amount of salt, pepper and olive oil, and mix well.

Spread the rosemary garlic paste evenly on the baguette.

Put it in the preheated oven, 190°, upper and lower fire, middle level, bake for 3-5 minutes. Be careful not to roast it. Served with a bowl of bacon and potato puree, so delicious!
