Roasted Shiitake Mushrooms

Wash dry radish and shiitake mushrooms.

Cut dry radish into shreds.
3.
Cut the shiitake mushrooms into strips.

Start the frying pan, stir the scallion and ginger into the pan and stir fry the radish.

Stir-fry the mushrooms in the pot.
6.
Stir-fry with white sugar.

Add the dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. Cover the pot with a proper amount of water and cook.

The ingredients are cooked, add salt and fry evenly and turn off the heat.
