Roasted Sophora Rice

Wash the Sophora japonica to control the moisture. Prepare meat and rice, cut green onion into small pieces, mince ginger, slice garlic, and cut spicy pepper into rings.

Add oil to the net pan, heat up, pour in the green onions, stir-fry the minced ginger, pour in the meat and rice, stir-fry, add salt, monosodium glutamate, and pepper, and fry until just cooked.

Pour into a small bowl.

Add flour to the locust tree on the basket.

Add the fried meat rice.

Mix well on the pot and steam for about 20 minutes.

Add onion, garlic, red pepper and salt.

Add MSG and sesame oil.

In another pot, add cooked vegetable oil, heat to 80% and pour on the shallots, garlic slices and spicy seeds. Mix well and serve again.
