Roasted Stuffed Shiitake Mushrooms

Wash the fresh shiitake mushrooms, remove the feet and back and draw a cross;

Lean minced meat, corn kernels, minced shiitake mushrooms, salt, oil, soy sauce, chives and cornstarch are mixed into fillings;

Put the minced meat on the shiitake mushrooms and compact;

Tips:
1. Scratching the bottom of shiitake mushrooms is easy to cook and stable;
2. The filling can be adjusted according to your preference;
3. If you want to be crispy, set the time longer.
