Roasted Tofu

Cut the tofu into small cubes, peel and dice the pork belly, and cut the scallion, ginger, garlic, millet and pepper at will.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the wok and fry 5 or 6 peppers.

Put the green onion, ginger, garlic and chili in the pot.

After the aroma is released, add the diced pork belly.

Add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add tofu and stir fry carefully.

Add 200g of water and bring to a boil.

Add soaked black fungus

Add appropriate salt, 1g sugar, and simmer over medium heat.

When the soup is low, add some water starch to thicken the soup.
