Roasted Tofu with Bacon and Cabbage

Ingredients: cabbage (tear into small pieces by hand and wash), bacon (washed and sliced), oiled tofu (halved into pieces after blanching), ginger, garlic, dried chili, and set aside.

Heat the pot, add a little base oil, and stir-fry the bacon until it has a good flavor.

Add ginger garlic, dried chili and stir fry to create a fragrance.

Add oily tofu and stir fry for two minutes, add cooking wine and light soy sauce, stir and fry evenly.
