[Roasted Vegetarian Eel] is a simulated dish, cut into strips with water-grown shiitake mushrooms, and then processed. Some use fresh shiitake mushrooms instead, but the more authentic way is to choose shiitake mushrooms.

Roasted Vegetarian Eel

1. Soak and wash the mushrooms

2. Dry the water to remove the stem

3. Rotate and cut into strips, then cut into inch sections, add pepper and salt, mix well, marinate for 5 minutes
