Roasted Wing Roots in Oyster Sauce

Wash the wing roots, winter bamboo shoots and shiitake mushrooms and set aside

Add cooking wine, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the roots of the wings, stir evenly and marinate for 20 minutes

Boil the water in a pot and blanch the winter bamboo shoots and shiitake mushrooms

Stir-fry the green onion and ginger with hot oil in a wok, pour the wing roots and stir-fry for a few times, then add winter bamboo shoots and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry

Then add cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, stir fry and pour water evenly

When the soup is almost boiled, add a little salt and stir-fry evenly, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
