Roasted Wings with Garlic Powder Honey Sauce

1. 3 hours in advance, marinate the chicken wings, here are 11 chicken wings, add 2 tablespoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 3 tablespoons of Orleans garlic roasted wing powder to marinate

2. Half an hour before roasting, mark the front and back of the chicken wings a few times

3. While the oven is preheating, place the chicken wings on the grill lined with tin foil

4. The temperature of the oven is adjusted to 180 degrees, the upper and lower fire, the middle level, and bake for 20 minutes

5. Prepare the right amount of barbecue sauce and honey

6. After 20 minutes, take out the chicken wings, apply a thin layer of barbecue sauce on top and bottom, then put them back in the oven and bake

7. After 5 minutes, take out the chicken wings, coat the top and bottom with a layer of honey, turn off the fire in the oven, put the chicken wings back in the remaining temperature and bake for 5 minutes

8. Just place the chicken wings on the plate! The grilled wings with good color are hot out!

Tips:

1. The marinating time of chicken wings is generally about 3~4 hours, and do not cut when marinating, to prevent the meat from being marinated too solidly;
2. Thirty minutes before roasting, cut the chicken wings. The purpose is to let the seasoning penetrate into the chicken bones from the knife edge before roasting, and at the same time make the chicken wings easy to be cooked when they are roasted;
3. After the barbecue sauce is coated, the chicken wings will look good and taste delicious. The honey is applied at the end to let the sweetness envelop the chicken wings, which is more delicious.
