Prepare ingredients: rock sugar, dried red dates, and white fungus about 30 grams each

Tips:
1. Rock sugar, red dates and white fungus soup tastes smooth, sweet and mellow. It can also be chilled in the refrigerator to drink (except for pregnant women and parturients).
2. Tremella needs to be mixed with 70% water and simmer slowly. In ordinary pots, wait for the water to boil and then change to low heat and simmer for more than 3 hours.
