First make the almond filling, put sugar and water in a stainless steel basin, simmer in an induction cooker until it thickens, then add butter and almond slices and mix well.

Then mix the butter and powdered sugar well.

Add egg liquid and milk and stir well.

Then add the sieved low-gluten flour and mix it evenly, and pack it up with a disposable squeeze bag.

Squeeze onto the gold plate.

Put the almond filling in the center.

Bake in the oven, the upper tube is 175 degrees, and the lower tube is 150 degrees. Time 18-20 minutes.
