Rose Shortbread

Prepare flour, eggs, sugar, dried roses and other materials.

Sieve the egg yolks into fine particles.

Knead the rose into fine crumbs.

Pour the salad oil into the bowl.

Then add sugar.

Use a small spoon to grind until mashed. (It’s okay to have some particles)

Then add the egg yolk.

Mix the mixture well.
9.
Add flour, salt and baking soda.

Add rose grated and mix well.

After mixing, mix well and form a dough; put in a fresh-keeping bag and refrigerate for one hour.

Divide the dough into small pieces.
13.
Make into pie dough and place it on the microwave turntable.
14.
Put it in the microwave oven and bite it on high heat for 1 minute. Turn the heat to low for 2 minutes.
15.
Take it out, turn it over, and sting on high heat for 1 minute.
