Tips:
The surface of the hot noodles is not easy to break.
Vegetable fillings can be determined according to personal taste. Try to choose vegetables with little water output to avoid excessive water output during cooking. If there is water output, try to remove excess juice.
In the process of mixing stuffing, add egg white to increase viscosity and prevent it from spreading.
