Rose Tea Jelly

Prepare the materials

Rinse the roses and put them in a pot, add rock sugar, water, and boil for 5 minutes

Pour the white jelly into 20 grams of water and stir into a slurry for later use

Tips:
The ratio of jelly to water should be adjusted well, otherwise it is either too hard or too soft. The container for the hot jelly is made of porcelain or glass.
