Rose Tremella Soup

Prepare all the raw materials; (white fungus soaked in cold water in advance).

Peel the radish and cut into small pieces.
3.
Pour water in the casserole, shred the white fungus and pour it in. Turn to medium and low heat to boil for 45 minutes.

After the white fungus is boiled soft and rotten, pour the radish cubes, rock sugar and a few roses into it and cook together.
5.
After cooking for 15 minutes, turn off the heat.
