Rose Tremella Soup
1.
Prepare all ingredients
2.
Tremella, red dates, and wolfberry are soaked until soft.
3.
After the white fungus is soaked, use scissors to cut it as much as possible to better cook the collagen.
4.
The red dates are pitted, because the pits are relatively hot, and then cut into small pieces.
5.
I use the rice cooker's porridge function, and the white fungus cold water pot, put about 4 bowls of water, until it can overflow the white fungus, cook for 1 hour, then put red dates, wolfberry, rock sugar, and cook for half an hour.
6.
Finally, put the roses. If you don’t mind if you get the rose petals, you can crush them and put them in. I put the whole rose in, then cut off the power, cover the rice cooker, and let it be stuffy for half an hour.
