Rosemary Yam Rub

Ingredients: 250 grams of potatoes, 4 grams of fresh rosemary, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of oil, and a little black pepper

Tips:
If there is no rosemary, you can use chopped green onion, celery or coriander instead.
The seasoning can be increased or decreased as you like.
