Cut the pork belly into cubes.

Blanch the cut pork belly in water to remove blood foam.

Prepare green onions, ginger, garlic, aniseed, cinnamon, and bay leaves.

Put the bottom oil in the pot, heat it, add the seasoning and saute, then add the blanched pork belly, add water, add salt, cooking wine, sugar, and soy sauce to taste. Simmer for about 1 hour until the meat is soft and rotten. Then cut the stewed meat into small cubes.

Wash and dice green peppers. (Just cut it raw, blanch the water if you don't like it raw.)

Mince coriander.

Put the chopped meat, green peppers, and coriander together, stir well, and add some broth.

Take out a sesame seed cake, (just buy the ready-made one.) Cut it crosswise in the middle, don't cut it.

Put the mixed fillings in the middle of the biscuits, ready to eat.
