Add all the ingredients in the main ingredient, except lard, into a basin and stir evenly to form a smooth dough

Brush with liquid egg yolk

Tips:
The absorption of flour is different in each family. Don’t add too much at a time. When adding eggs, leave an egg yolk and use it to brush the bread embryo.
