Rum Dried Fruit Scones

Preparation materials, berries are mixed dried fruits such as cranberries. The butter is frozen and just taken out.

Sift the low-powder and baking powder into a clean basin, add butter and fine sugar into small pieces.

Knead the butter and powder into a fine sand with your hands.

Add rum, milk, egg white, and dried fruit.

Mix into a dough. Use the mold to press out the pattern.

Pour into the baking tray lined with greased paper

Brush with a layer of whole egg liquid

Put it in the middle of the oven. No need to preheat, just bake at 190 degrees for 13 minutes!

1. Make fine adjustments according to your own oven when baking mildly!
2. The berries can be replaced with dried fruits that you like.
