Vegetables are used to make pizza at the base of the pie. It is loved by people because it has no flour, no oil, and is healthy and low-calorie.
The usual vegetable-based pizza is mostly cauliflower or broccoli. Although there are many vegetables in the house, there is no cauliflower or broccoli, and it is not willing to go out to buy it when the weather is hot. It suddenly occurred to me that potatoes are rich in starch. Both my father and I like to eat potatoes. It would be more popular to use them to make pie bottoms.
So my potato-based pizza came out.
With corn kernels, peas, carrots and ham, it is colorful and nutritious. I like it very much for a gentleman who doesn’t like pizza.

Rural Pizza with Potato Bottom

1. Peel and slice potatoes;

2. Put it in a large bowl and heat it in a microwave on medium-high heat for 4 minutes, turning once during the period;

3. Take out the ripe potato chips;

4. Mash it with a rolling pin;

5. Beat the eggs into the pot and add the mashed potatoes;

6. Then add mozzarella cheese and salt;

7. Stir evenly into the pizza base with mashed potatoes.

8. Spread greased paper under the pizza pan (if it is a live tray, do not spread greased paper), spread the mashed potatoes on the pizza pan and press firmly. Put it in a preheated oven, heat up and down at 220°C, bake for 8 minutes, the cheese will melt quickly, and most of the moisture will be baked out, forming a firm cake bottom;

9. Dice the ham and set aside;

10. Dice carrots and set aside (you can blanch them);

11. The peas are also blanched and cooked;

12. Corn kernels are cooked;

13. Put all into a basin and mix well, add a little salt and pizza straw;

14. Coat the bottom of the potatoes with pizza sauce;

15. Spread the vegetable pellets;

16. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese;

17. Put it in a preheated 220 degree oven and bake for 12 minutes until the cheese on the surface is melted and the focus appears.

Tips:

Potatoes make pizza bases better, and pre-baking makes the base stronger and less watery;
Because potatoes contain a lot of starch, the bottom of the cake has a soft texture.
The temperature and time can be adjusted according to the actual situation of your own oven.
