Vegetables are used to make pizza at the base of the pie. It is loved by people because it has no flour, no oil, and is healthy and low-calorie.
The usual vegetable-based pizza is mostly cauliflower or broccoli. Although there are many vegetables in the house, there is no cauliflower or broccoli, and it is not willing to go out to buy it when the weather is hot. Tips:

Potatoes make pizza bases better, and pre-baking makes the base stronger and less watery;
Because potatoes contain a lot of starch, the bottom of the cake has a soft texture.
The temperature and time can be adjusted according to the actual situation of your own oven.
