Russian Salad

The mayonnaise bought from the supermarket is the classic one, because the mayonnaise is also divided into meat and seafood. We just use the most common one.

Italian pickled cucumbers from the supermarket.

Cut the potatoes and carrots into small cubes the same size as the green beans. Then put the three into the pot and cook them separately. Don't cook it for too long, 10 minutes will be good enough to maintain the firmness of the taste.

I took 3 small cucumbers and cut them into small cubes, and one sliced into small slices.

The eggs are cooked and set aside.

There are many Italian olive oil brands, and I use this today.

Put the cooked small diced diced and pickled cucumber diced together, add salt, vinegar, black pepper, and olive oil. Stir well.

Add mayonnaise and stir well.

Make sure that each small dice is fully coated with mayonnaise.

Cut the boiled eggs into thin slices or patterns.

Take a container and wrap it in tin foil.

Put thin slices of egg on the bottom.

Add the salad and press the top firmly with a spoon.

Cover the top with a layer of tin foil and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Place the salad taken out of the refrigerator upside down in the center of the plate, and lay the pickled cucumber slices on the side.

In the final serving, everyone can play freely, or put the cucumber slices directly on top of the salad. You don’t need to put it. This is arbitrary.
Tips:
This vegetable mayonnaise is more, it is a high-calorie food, eat less if you want to lose weight. The amount of ingredients I gave above is based on the Italian recipe, which is the one-time amount for a normal family (2-3).
