Rye Bagels

Put a corner of salt and sugar into the bread bucket

Pour in rye flour, high-gluten flour, and dig a hole in the middle to add yeast

There are 2 bread machine kneading programs. I found that the dough is not smooth and soft enough after kneading. One program is 12 minutes, and the two programs can knead a smooth film in 24 minutes. It really matches the chef's machine.

Take out the dough after two procedures

Divide into 85 grams each, cover with plastic wrap and let for 10 minutes
