10.

Put the fried noodles into a large container
13.
Heat in another pot and pour honey into it. Turn on a low heat and simmer slowly. Don't stir in the middle.

At the same time, dip two pans with cooked oil, then pour in the freshly fried noodles, stir evenly with both hands while it is hot
16.
Brush a layer of cooked oil around the inner wall of the baking tray, and sprinkle a little sesame seeds
17.
Pour in the freshly stirred noodle crisps and press it slightly with a flat-bottomed spatula
18.
Sprinkle some raisins, and use a flat spatula to compact and flatten every part of the baking tray to make it fully glued together
19.
After it’s allowed to cool, cut into small pieces, and then you can enjoy the delicious and crispy honey Saqima
Tips:
1. The dough should be slightly dry for better operation
2. Be patient when boiling the syrup, be sure to have a low heat, otherwise it will be easy to get through
3. Before stirring, the shovel must be dipped in cooked oil, otherwise it will stick together and it will be difficult to stir.
