Sad Jelly (sour and Spicy Jelly)

Prepare raw materials;

Place the sliced cucumber on the bottom of the plate;

Place the cut jelly bar code on the cucumber shreds;
4.
Put sugar and salt in a bowl, add soy sauce, vinegar and other seasonings;

Then add the minced garlic, chives and red pepper, and finally add the chili oil;

Tips:
1. Sad jelly is mainly hot and sour. Individuals can increase or decrease the ratio of chili and vinegar according to their own taste; 2. Add some sugar to neutralize the taste and improve the flavor and freshness.
