Sai Kimchi

Ingredients; white radish, red pepper

Wash the white radish, peel and cut into large slices about 0.3 cm thick.

Put the cut white radish into a bowl and add a tablespoon of salt.

Knead and knead the radish slices with your hands until the radish slices are soft.

Just pinch until the radish slices can be rolled up easily.

Wash off most of the saltiness with water.
7.
Wash away the salty radish slices and squeeze the moisture.

Dice the red pepper.

Add two tablespoons of sugar.

Add white vinegar and mix well.

Marinate for ten minutes.
