Just a few slices of chicken wings, green onion and ginger, marinate in a tablespoon of cooking wine for 15 minutes (further out the fishy smell of chicken wings)
8.
Let’s prepare a marinade in the crisper: a tablespoon of Chobe’s original salad dressing
9.
Then add a tablespoon of honey (the honey tastes slightly sweet and the color is brighter)
10.
Add about 10g of curry chicken powder (the curry chicken powder is bought with salt in it, if there is no curry chicken powder, add 5g of curry powder, half a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of chicken essence can be substituted, the taste is basically similar after the test)
11.
Stir evenly into a paste
12.
Pick up the marinated chicken wings, remove the green onion and ginger, mix well in the marinade, and marinate overnight (it will take at least 8 hours to taste)

20.
Put the chicken wings on a baking tray lined with tin foil (better a grill with oil, otherwise it will be sticky)
21.
Oven at 190 degrees, front 7 minutes
22.
Turn over for 7 minutes
23.
Turn it over again, brush it with honey water, and bake it for 3-5 minutes, and the surface will be golden (half a tablespoon of honey and half a spoon of water and mix well, the color of the chicken wings brushed with honey water will be brighter and more attractive)
24.
Boneless chicken wings are easier to mature than non-bone chicken wings, so 15-20 minutes will be enough, if there is no boneless chicken wings, it will take about 30 minutes.
