Saliva Chicken

Wash the drumsticks and put them in the pot.

Pour water in the pot, cover the chicken legs, pour the cooking wine (1 tablespoon), and bring to a boil on high heat.

Rinse the chicken drumsticks with cold water, add sliced green onion and white ginger, boil, cover and cook for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 100 degrees, add peanuts, and bake for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pot, add pepper, star anise, dried chili, cinnamon and bay leaves.

Saute the spices and filter out the oil.
7.
Add the remaining seasoning and peanuts to the oil and mix well.
8.
Take the chicken out and cut into pieces, and drizzle with seasoning.
