Saliva Chicken
1.
Chicken, open the breast, wash, put salted chicken powder, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, light soy sauce, spread evenly.
2.
Put it in the refrigerator and marinate overnight.
3.
Put it in the steamer and steam for 40 minutes.
4.
Take it out to let cool.
5.
The peanuts, I bought in small packages, are very fragrant and convenient. Tear open the opening of the bag, pinch the opening with your hand, and then gently crush it with a small hammer and set aside. Chop garlic, green onions, and parsley.
6.
During the waiting period, put the light soy sauce, salt, thirteen spices, vinegar, sugar, cooked peanuts, garlic, chili oil, and sesame oil into a bowl and stir to make a sauce for saliva chicken. Set aside.
7.
After the chicken has cooled down, cut it with scissors (half of the chicken was used, and the other half was used as a shredded chicken).
8.
Drizzle with sauce, sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander.
9.
Sprinkle with ripe sesame seeds at the end.
10.
Very appetizing.
11.
Do not use sauce, steamed chicken, tear it apart, drizzle with sesame oil, white sesame seeds, and sprinkle some salted chicken powder, stir evenly and it will be a shredded chicken.
Tips:
Normal saliva chicken is boiled. I marinate it with salt-baked chicken powder and steam it. It has a special taste. Especially fragrant and tender, and easy to operate, one chicken eats two, satisfying the enjoyment of different tastes at once!
