Saliva Tofu

Prepare a box of water tofu and two to thirty grams of cooked peanuts.

Wash the green onion, garlic, pepper and coriander and cut it for later use.

Take a small bowl, add the light soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, sesame oil and sesame seeds in the ingredients and mix well.

Add the chopped green onion, garlic, coriander, chili and pepper, and mix well.

Then add peanuts and mix well (crushing half of the peanuts will make it more fragrant)

Set aside the mixed fragrant sauce for later use. Next, cut the tofu.

Wash the tofu with cold boiled water and cut into slices.

Place the tofu slices into the plate.

Pour the pre-mixed fragrant sauce onto the surface of the tofu to finish.

The finished product is delicious and visible.
Tips:
For tofu, you must buy water tofu. You cannot buy old tofu and internal fat tofu. One of the two tofu is too firm and the other is too tender, not suitable for cold dressing.
