Salmon Avocado Roll

Cut the avocado in half, then core and peel

Cut the avocado into strips for later use

Slice the salmon into thin slices (about 0.5cm thickness)

Take a piece of avocado and roll it up with salmon

After all the roll numbers are placed in a baking tray lined with greased paper

Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the surface

Put it in the preheated oven for 5 minutes

When the time is up, turn on the oven and take it out

Put the mustard in the saucer, then pour in the soy sauce and mix well

Pour the stirred wasabi soy sauce on the grilled salmon roll and serve
Tips:
The avocado used in the recipe is half-raw. When choosing, choose the one that has just turned brown and is a little hard when it is pinched. It is too soft and not easy to cut into shape. After roasting, the taste is not as good as the slightly harder one.
