Salmon Beans Scissors Noodles

1. Prepare all the ingredients, beans, red oil, salmon, Chengdu red oil.

2. Marinate the salmon with olive oil, black pepper, and cooking wine.

3. Then use 500 grams of flour and 160 grams of water to knead a dough.

4. Bring water to a boil, add appropriate amount of fine salt and corn oil.

5. Boil the beans in a pot until they are cooked through, and then set aside.
