Salmon Kiwi Sushi Roll

After thawing the salmon, wash it and dry it, and coat it with a little salt.

Fry it in a frying pan until browned. It is best to use olive oil to fry the sliced onions until fragrant. Cut the salmon into pieces and spread on the onions. Sprinkle with pepper and parsley slices. Put it in the middle of the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes at 190 degrees.

Add the sushi vinegar to the rice while it is hot and stir.

Cut seaweed slices into long strips and square slices for later use.

Knead the rice with sushi vinegar into a ball and place it on the square seaweed.

Put the cut seaweed slices around the rice ball, and stick the joints with rice.

Cut off the excess seaweed slices at the bottom, compact the surface of the rice ball by hand, and then spread the kiwi fruit, and finally put the baked salmon slices on the kiwi fruit.
Tips:
Before kneading the rice ball, moisten your hands with water so that it is easy to operate and will not stick to your hands.
